Q: I want to return an item, how does return & reimbursement work?
A: We guarantee a complete refund without any argumements if the product is returned within 45 days of purchase. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the product, as well as any other expenses that may have been incurred. In the case of international purchases, we reserve the right to deduct either the entire or a partial shipping cost from the refund. The refund process will start once we have received the returned item. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase.
